Cottage Home in Haverford

This lovely cottage had major stylistic differences between the main home and two earlier additions. In addition, there was an on-going water issue that had to be addressed. XL built a 3-car garage with guest suite, extended the main foyer, created a new front entrance with custom doors to integrate styles and built a beautiful courtyard with stone walls and piers.
