We’re a general contractor with extensive experience in both residential and commercial work. Since founding XL Builders in 1999, we’ve completed nearly 500 projects ranging from single room renovations to million dollar custom homes. 

If you were to hire XL, your project would be personally managed by one of the Owner/Partners. On any given day, either Chris Moore or Michael Howley can be found on-site managing the team of subcontractors and craftsman selected to work on your project. Chris and Mike are personally invested in the outcome of every job.

We believe that the quality of our work speaks for itself. All of our business is generated through referrals and return clients. More  than 30% of our annual income comes from additional projects for existing clients.  We’re not about memberships and awards. Our recognition comes when our client says, “We love it! It’s exactly what we wanted.”
