Modernized in Penn Valley

This young family made the move from urban to suburban life and bought a beautiful home built in the early 1900’s. The objective of this renovation was to make this elegant home comfortable by today’s standards and equip it with the amenities of the 21st century. The result: an updated entrance; elaborate curves throughout the living space; an attic refinished into an office; basement playroom, craft room, exercise room, and theater; an upstairs laundry; and renovated bathrooms throughout.
