Manor House in Bryn Mawr

This manor house was built by Chris and Mike, both working for the same builder, just prior to the formation of XL Builders. As a result, this client has been with us since our beginning in 1999. While traditional on the outside, this home is anything but traditional within. Over the years the homeowner has modified the home’s design and renovated many rooms to include: an expanded indoor pool, an updated kitchen, a renovated master bedroom suite and in-law living quarters.
